A Little About Me
I am from Wausau Wisconsin and I went to Wausau West High school. I was a three sport varsity athlete all throughout high school. I spent most of my time growing up being active in sports or just busy finding activities to do outside with my family. Every fall my family goes hiking at a local state park in my hometown and it has become a family tradition.
Personal Passion
This past summer I had an internship in my hometown that does vinyl graphics. I found a passion for this type of work over the summer and this will be where I will work full time once I graduate college. I learned a lot about vinyl signage as well as wrapping vehicles in vinyl and I became very interested in it. I definetly found a passion in this line of work and one day I hope to own my own shop sometime in the future.
Playing Sports
Growing up I was very involved in sports. I tried just about every sport when I was still trying to figure out which sports I really enjoyed. I ended up playing travel softball ever since I was eight years old. I continued softball through high school and I also played tennis and curling in high school in addition to softball.
Being in sports has taught me a lot. I have learned a lot about myself and determination by playing sports. I have really enjoyed growing up playing sports as well as continuing to play sports while in college. I have learned to have a determined attitude in life and know that there will be tough patches but with hard work it will always get better. Through sports I have also learned not to give up and to keep trying until you get it right to become better at what you are trying to do. There is always more work that can be done because you can always continue improving so I am still working on staying determined and hardworking.
